Based in the Legal department, focus on Contract Management in the Health & Public Sector.Contract Management is a widespread team that includes a global network of professionals and deals with the management of contracts with our customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the relevant company policies, bringing value and promoting innovation and change.The role of Contract Manager includes- Managing service procurement contracts, including subcontracts, in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, and Accenture and/or client requirements- Interaction with Accenture business teams and clients to ensure compliance with Accenture and client principles and standards- Participation in the process of identifying and resolving risks and problems of a commercial and contractual nature- Support for the management processes of contracts and their obligations on a specific project or customer- Running the compliance on Data Privacy and Security- Drafting and review of other contractual documents for both customers and suppliers.
