I am a dual qualified (EU and UK) competition lawyer. I advise clients on a wide range of behavioural matters, including distribution and licensing agreements, pricing and discounting strategies, parallel trade, product disparagement, and labour-related anticompetitive behaviour such as no-poach agreements. My work also includes supporting clients through antitrust investigations and developing tailored compliance programmes and “dawn raid” trainings.I have extensive experience in securing merger control clearances in the context of multijurisdictional M&A transactions — both in the UK and the EU. I also assist clients in relation to the application of the UK\'s investment screening regime and related filing processes.My practice focuses primarily on the life sciences and healthcare sectors, strengthened by a secondment at Novo Nordisk Ltd, but also extends to industries such as telecoms, media, oil & gas, and fast-moving consumer goods.
