ABOUT LUDOVICA LUMIA

I completed the Master\'s Degree in Management Engineering at the University of Palermo in March 2022.The skills acquired during my studies cover various managerial issues, ranging from Project Management, Quality Management, Marketing, Business Process Management and Supply Chain Management.I currently hold the position of backend developer on Pega technology.I\'m not afraid of changes, but I think that a change represents a fundamental opportunity, an opportunity to interface with new things, meet new people, learn new things.I am an ambitious person, precise and determined to achieve the goals I set myself. I really want to get involved and I\'m always ready for continuous training to grow my skills. I like to work in a team and I firmly believe in the strength of the group and in the collaboration between colleagues. I have good methodological and organizational skills and good emotional control, I don\'t let myself be overwhelmed by problems but I always try to find a solution.In social life I am a peaceful and reliable person, always available for others and open to new acquaintances.Extremely sentimental, I love my land, my priority is family but this doesn\'t stop me from having new experiences.
