Provide legal advice and support on legal implications of all the Championship operational matters, advising on business operations including risk management, insurance solutions, health and safety processes and regulatory compliance. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating high volumes of procurement agreements, supplier and vendors agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, software license agreements,licenses, stakeholders agreement, sponsorship and agent agreements, etc, managing up to 700 agreements per Championship season. Play pivotal role in creating efficiencies across the business by refining the contract drafting and management process, creating ad hoc templates and forms resulting in streamlined processes and enhanced accuracy. Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to address contractual issues, providing practical legal advice to achieve business objectives.
