As a Senior Data Scientist, I specialize in applying statistics, AI and innovative climate modeling, to tackle the challenges of climate risk. My expertise lies in leveraging large-scale satellite data, developing time-series models, and using unsupervised learning to deepen our understanding of climate patterns (EOF, clustering). I have lead projects from initial research to the development of new parametric insurance solutions. In my current role, I lead a team of data scientists, developping innovative climate pattern modeling methods while increasing our understanding of extreme events
