Engineering support to A320 Operators on the following systems\\\\nATA23-7x & 23-4x - Cabin Intercommunication Data System - CIDS\\\\nATA 23-3x - In-Flight Entertainment System - IFE\\\\nATA 26-14/15/16/17/18/19 - Smoke Detection in pressurized area\\\\nATA 25-1x - Cockpit seats\\\\nATA 25-2x - Cabin seats\\\\nATA 33-5x - Emergency Lighting System\\\\nATA 33-2x - Cabin Lighting System\\\\n\\\\n Answering all technical queries raised by the Customers within an expected time scale.\\\\n Providing Customers with relevant technical information using all Customer Services appropriate means or media to improve their operation.\\\\n Identifying in-service Airworthiness issues and ensures reporting to Continuous Airworthiness Office in line with agreed process.\\\\n Acting as the “Voice of the Customer” within the Airbus organisation.\\\\n Providing Customers with in-situ technical assistance for trouble-shooting.\\\\n Acting as focal point for products improvement and ensuring that the proposed solutions are the expected ones.\\\\n Monitoring in-service events, identifying potential impacts and launching the appropriate corrective actions with the relevant design organisation.\\\\n Ensuring feedback of in-service experience, maintenance activities and significant issues to management, design organisations, programs and vendors.\\\\n Ensuring relevant information material (technical and non-technical such as ways of working) is properly archived for knowledge capitalization purpose.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
