With over 15 years of experience in IT consulting and performance engineering, I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients and users. I have a strong expertise in performance testing and optimization for java application, using tools such as Jmeter, Gatling, Blazemeter for performance test; Dynatrace, and Datadog to analyze and enhance performance of applications. I am also proficient in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and agile methodologies, which help me align my work with the strategic goals and vision of the organization. As a Performance Leader, I lead and advise a team of performance engineers and architects, and collaborate with clients, developers, and stakeholders to design, execute, and analyze performance tests and provide recommendations for improvement. In my current role, I am responsible for the performance testing and optimization of a authentication and data access solution for Decathlon, a leading global sports retailer. I design and execute performance tests with Jmeter, Gatling, and Blazemeter, and set up the Continuous Performance Test with GitHub Actions. I also define and position the probes for metrics collection, and analyze the results with the help of Dynatrace and Datadog. I provide development (Java) and architecture recommendations in an environment under Kubernetes.
