I began my journey in SaaS with a curious mind and a passion for clear, impactful content. From coordinating international content at iAdvize to managing it at Guest Suite, I\'ve always aimed to make complex solutions both accessible and valuable through content.This drive led me to UX Writing, where I found the perfect intersection of language, design, and product thinking. At October and then Pennylane, I joined as their first UX Writer building content systems from scratch, leading localization efforts, and creating human-centered copy that speaks directly to users.Today, I work as part of the Product Design team, embedded within the Design Ops unit. My focus: scaling content practices, building alignment across teams, and ensuring content, UX, and localization, are treated as core pillars of product design. I believe that great content is a design function and I\'m here to break silos so it\'s treated that way consistently across the organization.
