She is an accomplished leader with proven experience in delivering transformational and innovative solutions, building high performing teams, and using advanced data analytics to solve business problems.Ludell has held several leadership roles within Truist. In her role as SVP, Program Manager for Truist Insurance Holdings, she oversaw a 54% growth in the technology risk portfolio, improving the risk culture by decreasing the percentage of risk acceptance from 60% to 16%. Ludell started her career at Accenture and worked for several global financial firms including JP Morgan Chase, Marsh McLennan, and Goldman Sachs.Ludell is a graduate of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF) Executive Academy. She is coauthor of the book Emerging Leadership: Black Tech Voices Redefining Executive Excellence.
