Leading on the design and delivery of projects/programmes associated with the above-Supporting the design and management of executive level and hard to fill resourcing activities. focused-Stakeholder management - developing strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels, ensuring the provision of specialist advice, guidance and support to managers and other key stakeholders on recruitment and talent acquisition approaches, including the use of innovative approaches to proactively source and engage high quality candidates from diverse talent pools-Evaluating current approaches and embedding talent acquisition and good practice across NCC-Developing a thorough and well thought out candidate journey to improve the overall candidate experience-Utilising and maximising the HRIS and ATS -Oracle Fusion-Actively leading on opportunities to promote the Council as an employer of choice, identifying and utilising social media channels and other opportunities. In conjunction with the programme lead, contributing to the development and implementation of the Council’s corporate branding and employer value proposition(s)-Collaborating with departmental stakeholders to integrate an approach to resourcing, including workforce planning, succession planning and talent management-Implementing and developing effective systems to monitor programmes and report on the relevant data and statistics to senior management as required. Working alongside people managers to provide information and data analysis to support effective decision- driving continuous improvement in respect of recruitment and retention
