   Serve as the technical lead of organization’s intranet dealing with various facets of the platform serving more than employees. Stay up to date on upgrades and explore the best methods to use the software to meet the needs of individual departments, programs and divisions.· Manage all security settings of intranet for organization - Account settings, permissions and user account access· Train new content administrators and authors - in-person and online and proactively reach out to departments, divisions and programs to engage in using the intranet to meet communication goals· Continuously look for ways to assist the more than 100 content administrators – through trainings, sharing updates, tips and best practices· Build out key sections, pages, and areas for all levels of the organization. Use basic and unique code to build out pages to meet specific needs of department, programs, and divisions.· Review intranet metrics and analytics identifying areas of opportunity. Work with internal managers, content specialists and administrators to strategize ways to enhance presence and content to better communicate with users on a daily basis· Work closely with information services (IS) colleagues on additional IT support and/or connections to other Tufts MC IS systems
