I trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School, and I also have 23 years\' experience in corporate communications. I work with busy leaders to help you balance your life and work responsibilities through tailored 121 coaching. My approach to coaching is person-centred - which means we work entirely on your terms, following your agenda and responding to your needs. I act as a partner and guide, helping you to find answers to your questions. When appropriate, I blend a mentoring approach to encourage action and accountability, thus aiding your progress towards the goals you identified as most important.
