ABOUT LUCY ROTHSTEIN

After eight years successfully running my own business, I’m excited to return to senior leadership in the conservation sector where I am making a tangible impact as Chief Operating Officer for the Newt Conservation Partnership. I’ve hit the ground running, driving operational excellence and strategic growth and I\'m looking forward to extending my skills and knowledge further as we navigate recent government changes to the work we do. Previously, as Chief Executive of both the Bumblebee Conservation Trust and The Grasslands Trust, I honed my strategic leadership and operational skills to build two young organisations: this involved sharpening focus, streamlining activity, and fostering growth. My experience also spans the sexual and domestic abuse sector, where I served as Executive Director of Yellow Door, leading the organisation through a period of significant change in a short period of time. Across all roles, I bring passion, energy, and a clear vision - motivating teams to deliver excellence and lasting results.
