I’m a mission-driven driver of missions with two decades of experience leading organizations and growth across both the nonprofit and private sectors. I’ve launched and scaled organizations, managed complex multi-million-dollar programs and lines of business, and built high-profile partnerships that deliver measurable impact.I draw from my experience working across a diverse set of industries—from finance and fashion to global development—to lead organizations through growth, transformation, and moments of reinvention. I have founded and led nonprofit organizations and created major fundraising and strategy initiatives for some of the world’s leading philanthropies. These experiences taught me how to blend vision with execution, strategy with empathy, and ambition with impact.Currently, I lead the Global Health Advocacy Incubator, which—together with the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids—drives public health policy change worldwide. I oversee a global team working in more than 40 countries to improve food and nutrition, strengthen health systems, expand access to life-saving medicines, and prevent injuries.I’m motivated by building what doesn’t yet exist—whether that’s a new organization, strategy, or culture—and by empowering people and teams to achieve more together than they thought possible.
