WORK HISTORY
VP of Sales, Strategic Accounts @BG Staffing
Houston, TX, US
Focused on strategic account growth through understanding what problems clients are having and how we can advise, implement or operate part of a project or standard operation. We specialize in a few niche areas in the Tech space and across all of Finance and Accounting. They often go hand in hand and we have a sweet spot of providing support during post-implementation of a new ERP or upgrade.Curious to learn things such as - What new system implementations or major system upgrades are in flight or were recently completed? How do you currently configure pricing? What managed services or SI\'s have you used in the past? Did the annual external audit note and deficiencies you are looking to address?

ABOUT LUCY LEHNER
As a working parent I am an advocate for open communication, support networks, Parenting Out Loud and for improvements to a lot of policies and societal expectations that impact caregivers. There are a lot of changes that need to be made - shoot me a message if you agree and let\'s talk about the HOW!I am proud to represent BGSF. We provide Workforce solutions, staff aug and deliverable-based solutions in Tech and Finance/Accounting. This could mean supporting alongside an implementation /customization (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Service Now, PROS), providing an efficiency health check on an existing platform, AI help, EPM support, OCM help, audit expertise etcWe have incredibly niche expertise in a number of areas following over a dozen acquisitions in recent years! Just ask.I am an award-winning sales leader in B2B Enterprise sales and pride myself on consultative sales. If it\'s not mutually beneficial, I won\'t use up your time or mine. I spent 12 years working at Progressive, joining straight out of University I quickly \'climbed the ladder\' from 360 rookie recruiter to Snr, Executive Consultant. I then moved to the US in 2015 to co-found a niche team which went on to break countless company records by way of growth, model, revenue, and margin. As my final role as Associate Director I led a team of 12 SDR/AE\'s in providing Employment solutions. The focus was on creating long term relationships with Fortune 500 companies, sharing how strategically we could make an impact and then ensuring long term following through on our commitments. I also held the role of co-lead of the Women\'s ERG group across the US. I am always looking to understand how teams and individuals can be more visible and equitable. As part of my efforts I was an ally for other ERGs and a panelist for a 2024 event on ‘Inclusivity in the world place’ where I spoke to my lived experience of being a working parent. In 2019 I won the prestigious WISA (Women in Sales Award) for Professional Sales North American. I was thrilled to receive this in person at an event in Dallas back when we would all gather in person a lot more!I like to read books centered around the experience as a mom, working parent, matrescence, the brain and how it works as well as effective sales strategics - with the occasional non-fiction for good measure. Fan of Diary of a CEO and Brene Brown. A few years ago I hosted a live webinar with experts panelists on Grid Modernization in the Utility
