17 years in design and product, and I still get excited about solving problems that matter.I\'m that person who geeks out over user research findings and gets genuinely pumped when we nail a design that makes someone\'s day easier. My background spans the creative spectrum—graphic design, UX/UI, packaging, product management—which basically means I\'ve learned to speak both \"make it beautiful\" and \"make it work\" fluently.What drives me? Building products that feel human. Technology should fit into people\'s lives naturally, not the other way around. I\'m obsessed with that sweet spot where business goals meet genuine user needs, and honestly, there\'s nothing quite like seeing a team rally around an idea that clicks.I believe the best products come from empowered teams where everyone\'s voice matters. My job isn\'t to have all the answers—it\'s to create space for the right questions and help brilliant people do their best work.Currently focused on: Making sure we never lose sight of the humans (and AI agents!) behind every click, swipe, and interaction.
