Cadbury ‘Yours for 200 Years’ employee engagement project lead - Oct 2023 to Dec 2024:In 2024, Cadbury celebrated an incredible anniversary - 200 years since John Cadbury opened his first store on Bull Street. Internally, we aligned with the external campaign, ‘Yours for 200 Years’, which reflected on all of the moments we\'ve shared with our customers over the last 200 years and the Cadbury values of generosity and kindness. We created a communications plan with touchpoints throughout the year for our colleagues to celebrate all things chocolate, recognise the people behind our legacy and give back. We also extended the celebrations to the local community in Bournville-Birthday gift to all of our UK colleagues-‘Yours for 200 Years’ roadshow where colleagues across 8 of our sites joined us to celebrate-Internal recognition scheme aligned to the Cadbury values -Competitions, giveaways, and office celebrations-Re-opened our historic Concert Hall and invited the local community and past employees inside for two concerts with a live band-Opened historic spaces for Bournville Heritage Open Day where we welcomed over 1,500 people inside our spaces-Donated and fundraised for local and national charities.Global Communications Manager (MDLZ Digital Services)- Feb 2023 to date:In the MDS Communications team, we deliver strategic messaging and campaign guidance and support to help stakeholders effectively share business updates and key organizational information in service of the MDS priorities, enterprise digital strategy, and Vision 2030. Our communications priorities drive greater impact and we’re constantly evolving messaging and communications activities to promote empowerment and connection.
