Currently supporting Clients across the Infrastructure and Water sector in understanding and solving some of their key issues relating to Capital Programme Cost Efficiency and OptimisationPrior to this I was Welsh Water\'s Alliance Efficiency Manager my role is to facilitate the delivery of 20% cost efficiency across the Alliance Capital Programme (part of its £1.5 billion capital investment programme for 2015 to 2020). I also worked as the UK Regional Sector Manager for Infrastructure, as a PMO Consultant, Analyst, Cost Manager and Project Manager working within both the Water and Property Sectors.RICS Matrics UK & Ireland Board Member.
