I also oversee the project financing through Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs, and the preconstruction design and bid process. I am proficient in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite, and drafting programs, and I ensure the compliance with construction site safety programs and OSHA regulations.My passion for community development began at Texas A&M University, where I earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Development. There, I learned to apply social, economic, and environmental principles to help build sustainable, resilient communities.
