At Lambda Medical I work self employed teaching on FREC3 courses either solo or apart of a team of trainers for bigger class sizes. I am able to utilize my training over the last 2+ years with my frontline and prehospital medical knowledge in order to deliver a tailored courses for those who would like to gain a Level 3 Emergency Response Qualification. Many students I’ve taught are from a variety of different work places and I enjoy getting each involved and sharing/teaching in a 50/50 split way of learning mixing both the practical and the theory. Each of my students are treated with the upmost respect and I like to give them feedback with the positives and the improvements in order for them to better develop and reflect on.

ABOUT LUCY WHARTON
I am an Emergency Care Assistant with 3+ years prehospital care experience. I started my career undertaking event medical provision as a First Responder and have worked across a range of roles including: Ambulance Frontline, high dependency transfers, non emergency patient transport, event medical provision and recently a Emergency Call Handler. I’m passionate about sharing first aid and lifesaving skills with the wider public as well as helping others to develop within the profession, I am a qualified trainer, delivering a range of Qualsafe approved courses. I have since completed the Level 5 First Response Emergency Care (RQF). Maintained up to date CPD portfolio.
