As Founder and Chief Executive of EdvoraAI, Lucy leads the company’s education mission: to reduce teacher workload, personalise learning, and improve pupil outcomes through responsible use of AI.In this role, Lucy: • Shapes the strategic direction of Edvora Learn, EdvoraAI’s flagship personalised learning platform designed to support teachers and students in schools and colleges. • Leads research and engagement with educators, pupils, and psychologists to ensure the platform is evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with classroom needs. • Oversees the development of AI-driven tools that adapt to individual learning styles, provide tailored support, and create actionable insights for teachers. • Builds partnerships with schools, education authorities, and research bodies to co-design scalable solutions. • Advocates for responsible AI in education, embedding ethical practice, safeguarding, and sustainability principles into every stage of product design. • Represents EdvoraAI in the education ecosystem, positioning the company as a trusted partner for innovation in teaching and learning.Through this work, Lucy drives EdvoraAI’s vision of an education system where AI enhances not replaces human connection, giving teachers more time to teach and students more opportunity to thrive.
