I formed Lucy Walker Recruitment with my Father, Brian Walker in 1992. His business experience as a successful Company Director, coupled with the Consultancy knowledge that I had gained, and the mutual trust we had, led to a strong partnership. Over the last 33 years we have worked hard to achieve a strong, quality led brand in Leeds & Manchester.As MD, I work within a proactive Consultancy role, working in partnership with my clients and I have the pleasure of working with a focused team of professionals. Our continued aim as a business is to develop and grow, without losing sight of our values, the same values I had when I started the business in 1992.Our aim is to provide a clear and effective Recruitment Consultancy service for both our Candidates and our Clients. Recruitment has changed over the years, however the basic principles we believe, remain the same. We offer guidance, support and honest advice, we culture match to an organisation, in addition to matching to skills and experience and this we believe, has both businesses looking to recruit and candidates looking for work, return to us over the years.
