I’m a strategic and commercially minded Global HR Leader with 20 years of experience delivering people transformation across some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Vodafone, Barclays and the BBC. My career spans financial services, broadcasting, telecommunications, technology and the creative industries; all environments where strong leadership, organisational agility and culture shape business success. I specialise in organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development and large-scale transformation across international, highly complex corporate environments. I’ve partnered with C-suite leaders across EMEA, the US and APAC, shaping business and people strategies that drive business performance, accelerate capability and build future-ready organisations. Whether designing global operating models, reshaping cost structures, unlocking EU recovery funding, or building award-winning learning programmes, I bring a balance of strategic insight, people-centric leadership and data-driven decision making. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, high-performance cultures where leaders are empowered, teams are aligned around a clear purpose and ways of working, and people pipelines reflect true organisational diversity. From enabling 50% gender parity at senior levels to launching global coaching programmes, I focus on practical solutions that develop talent and deliver measurable impact.
