I am a Senior Travel Industry Product and Commercial Manager, with 25 years’ experience gained from working for three of the UK and USA\'s leading Tour Operators. I have comprehensive knowledge of product management, from the initial creation to the operation of tours, selecting and delivering the right itineraries and products for customers, and focusing on excellent customer satisfaction. A skilled negotiator with a high level of commercial acumen, I am capable of negotiating competitive rates, tender agreements, overrides and terms and conditions, and driving product growth. I possess in depth destination and supplier knowledge, having travelled to fifty countries, worked with business partners globally, and travelled on multiple product inspection trips to source products, review operations and improve quality. Highly organised and an excellent communicator, I am able to build strong collaborative relationships within organisations and with external suppliers. I am people orientated with the ability to lead, work in a team and work individually.
