About Lucy Steinman
From the moment I began working in retail, I developed a passion for the product. I truly enjoy learning the intricacies of each product to help customers find exactly what they are looking for, the piece that aligns with their values and needs. I became interested in exploring how we can use insights to develop products that are both commercially successful and environmentally responsible. I believe in creating sustainable products that meet real consumer needs, where people feel confident and comfortable in what they wear, and companies operate with transparency about their corporate social responsibility. As I finish my degree this December, I am pursuing entry-level positions in the fashion industry where I can continue to learn more about consumer behavior and build skills to translate this insight into developing products that are both purpose-driven and market-responsive.
