I contributed to the set up of a new, inhouse Occupational Health department. I managed day to day running of Plymouth OH centre, resolving any operational issues and ensuring provision of medical equipment. I processed FME requests and associated invoices, specialist services requests and IHR, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. I trained new team members on FME processes. I acted as EDI Champion/Health and Wellness Advocate. Created efficient processes and reports for FME.
