Same great company, same awesome director, slightly different role! In the last few months my position with Opti Staffing Group has changed. Formally the Director of Research and Administration, I have now taken on more of a marketing role within the company. I continue to manage our research department, providing our recruiters and branch managers with current industry information and market trends. However, aside from managing our fantastic research team, my focus has shifted from administrative oversight to marketing and business development.
