Scoping, configuring, testing and rolling out an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across the business in GB & Ireland• Maintaining project plans, documentation, and communication requirements for the ATS and recruitment website for GB & Ireland• Creating technical roadmaps with developments for the ATS and recruitment website• Tracking ATS developments and testing in JIRA• Stakeholder management across internal National and International teams• Supplier management (including devs, QA and UX teams)• Providing expert technical or project management knowledge• Coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of the ATS and recruitment website• Consulting with stakeholders across the business to identify issues and support with recruitment trials, ensuring that solutions presented are simple and compliant• Working closely with IT teams to configure and maintain system integrations (ATS > Workday HRIS)• Providing expert and technical knowledge as required to recommend simple, impactful and compliant solutions• Investigating, designing, testing and configuring new business processes within the ATS• Preparing, executing, and maintaining all technical system administration daily duties, ensuring existing business and technical processes, and workflows are fully documented• Acting as an escalation point for support including root case analyses, incident and problem management• Conducting integrations testing for downstream systems (Workday)• Responding to internal queries via email and ServiceNow• Conducting internal and external research and participating in working groups to ensure the ATS is optimal• Identifying cost-saving opportunities• Finance planning to ensure projects are in budget• Checking and processing invoices for services relating to the ATS and recruitment website• Ensuring the security of any documentation and electronic data in the ATS while maintaining GDPR• Creating and rolling out ATS training across the business
