I currently lead the ESE Risk Advisory Team and the Complex Customer Support Team within Decision Support; the teams are responsible for providing support, guidance and managing escalations for Environmental, Social and Ethical and Reputational Risk matters.· Partnering with the business and risk functions, I assist the franchises to manage both Financial Crime and Non-Financial Crime risks and provide financial crime and reputational risk advice regarding customers and transactions.· I undertake holistic client reviews to support delegated business decision making within policy, standards, and business risk appetite.· I prepare and present papers on Reputational and ESE Risk matters, whilst also measuring, and reporting to senior level forums and committees on, team performance in managing risks and assisting in driving improvements and work with stakeholders to ensure that actions are tracked and closed expeditiously.· I am responsible for the gathering, maintaining, and reporting of critical MI to ensure that the teams are meeting assurance and compliance objectives.· I proactively represent the function, engaging with senior stakeholders from across the business and attend at committees and working groups ensuring that feedback loops are complete and that critical objectives are efficiently managed.
