My role at Kigen evolved into the Senior VP of People as part of the Exec team. Heading up our small global People team supporting 10 different countries worldwide, including UK, US, Denmark and India.My role is to drive the strategic direction of the team and ensure this start-up business retains it\'s culture whilst managing the move out of a very large organisation. Covering all aspects of People leadership including the reward and talent development strategies.

I’m a senior People leader with 20+ years of experience across the full HR lifecycle — from hands-on operational delivery through to setting global people strategy at executive level. Currently serving as Senior VP of People at Kigen, I lead a global team supporting colleagues across 10 countries, helping shape a culture-first, people-focused organisation as it scaled out from a large corporate environment.My career has spanned a variety of sectors and stages, from established organisations to start-ups and spinouts. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, developed and implemented global reward and talent strategies, led cultural transformations, and worked closely with leadership teams to align people initiatives with business objectives.I love to build and grow businesses, assisting start-ups in navigating those early days challenges through to the dynamics of funding stages. Happy to support other start-ups on a fractional basis with their People strategy and growth.
