After a busy few months, I\'m pleased to finally update my job title. I\'m excited to share that I\'ve joined the fantastic and supportive team at ProPharm Services as a Prescribing Support Pharmacist and Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. Over the past few months, I\'ve gained valuable experience and enhanced my skills in key clinical areas within Primary Care, working across various GP practices and health boards. My role includes conducting mental health reviews, complex chronic pain reviews, along with routine medication assessments and ongoing management of chronic conditions, such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma and COPD.I\'m feeling grateful for this new opportunity for growth and all the kind and constructive feedback I\'ve received from my peers and patients I\'ve worked with. It\'s incredibly rewarding to know that I\'m making a meaningful difference and helping to improve patient care through a personalised, holistic approach.
