ABOUT LUCY MCPHERSON
With over twelve years’ experience within the Energy Industry, I have matured my knowledge and skills in oil and gas exploration, well planning, well delivery and field development. The key focus area throughout my career has been within E&P sector of the Moray Firth Basin (UKCS), where I have been responsible for prospect maturation, UKCS license round activity, production well planning and delivery, static model builds, and brown-field infill target identification and optimisation. In addition, I have achieved a highly competitive pass rate in the APM Project Management Qualification and have clearly demonstrated strong proficiency in this field throughout ownership of several multi-disciplinary projects.I consistently work well with others and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, I am delivery-focused and am successful in producing high-quality work, whether working on my own or as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that the business needs are met.Regarding my overarching career development objectives, my goal would be to build on my technical and project management experience, with a desire to support the transition from fossil to renewable fuel generation over the next 5-10 years.
