I lead our CEO and Executive Development (CED) services for EMEA, working in the context of CEO succession, C-suite transitions and enterprise leadership capability development. Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm. We help clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive superior performance. We work with organizations to design their structures, roles, and responsibilities. We help them hire the right people to bring their strategy to life. And we advise them on how to reward, develop, and motivate their people. As a leader of Korn Ferry\'s Board Practice, I works with clients on CEO and executive succession and development, executive team effectiveness and Board development. I coach CEOs and executives to be more purpose-led in their leadership of the enterprise. I also lead organisation-wide culture change programmes, working closely with the Board to drive through the Vision & Values and branding by which culture becomes a competitive advantage.
