I manage a complex portfolio of c200 management consultants and graduates across the U.K. within the Financial Service Consulting division. The complexity of the portfolio comes with working in a highly pressurised, forever changing environment, whilst balancing the unique requirements of Financial Services, Government & Health and Private Sector clients. Managing this portfolio from a resourcing standpoint means that I am responsible for piecing together viable delivery teams, impeccable communication and stakeholder management, business MI tracking and variance monitoring, ensuring utilisation targets are achieved, while reporting to lead Partners and Managing Stakeholders.
