I am an Executive Assistant, aspiring to be a broker at First Western Properties, working alongside a dynamic team including Justin Holmes, Josh Parnell, Justice Knox, and Heather Ramirez in the commercial real estate industry. Graduating Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a degree in Communication and a minor in Business Administration, I earned my Real Estate license during my freshman year. I have an extensive background in construction, leading the design of four new residential builds and managing two renovations. I am fortunate enough to pursue both of my dream careers, combing commercial real estate and interior design. I bring a passion for project management, design, and development to my role.    As Executive Assistant for a team of Partner Brokers I work to coordinate transactions, complete deals and reach financial goals through achieving the following tasks. • Search for on and off market opportunities for expanding Tenants. • Update/maintain MLS services across a number of platforms, including document preparation (MLS, Offer to Leases, Purchase Agreements)• Answer phones and coordinated team schedules in order to provide a high quality customer service• Utilize Commercial Real Estate platforms and County/City data to complete property searches and research.• Exercise creativity and self-motivation to contribute to a culture of professionalism and exceptional production• Create and update print and/or digital marketing for property listings to tell the right story that best markets the listing to outside brokers• Review, proofed and edit Marketing content with a critical eye• Work with mapping and demographic web-based systems to develop aerial views for marketing materials• Design other marketing materials for possible events, social media platforms, and more as requested
