ABOUT LUCY LOW

I am currently a Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial practice at HWLE Lawyers.In my previous position as Associate within the PwC Tax & Legal - Workforce team, my role involved delivering integrated solutions to clients within the global network of PwC, across a variety of industries. Under the multidisciplinary practice, I helped clients navigate through the increasingly complex tax and legal requirements, assist them through risk and regulatory requirements as well as provide advice on employment and workplace relations law. Through innovative solutions and a forward-looking edge, I worked across a variety of projects including due diligence, payroll advisory, wage trusts and employee remediation.In my previous position as an Undergraduate Auditor at Pitcher Partners, I dealt with listed and non-listed clients in the middle market from a variety of industries. On a daily basis, I dealt extensively with internal and external stakeholders and have developed a strong skill set in critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. I am able to manage time and priorities effectively with multiple tight deadlines. I also possess highly developed legal research, legal writing and problem solving skills. I am looking to put my skills and knowledge to great use and further my career in the Accounting and/or Legal industry.In my previous position at RSL Queensland, I was the key point of contact and managed all files and correspondence in relation to the $2 million Grant Project developed by RSL Queensland in support of Sub Branches. I reported directly to the Fundraising Manager Network, provided continuous support and assistance to Sub Branches, Districts, the Grants Committee, and assisted with the file management of the Sub Branch Support Grant Trial Project.
