At the heart of my career in education has been a commitment to transformational change for young people — helping them discover their talents, grow in confidence, and achieve more than they imagined possible.At Wells, I have been proud to play a leading role in creating our unique association with Chelsea Football Club, the only partnership of its kind. This innovative collaboration reflects my belief in offering pupils exceptional opportunities both inside and outside the classroom, ensuring that every individual can pursue their passions, whether in music, sport, or academics.I see my role as more than admissions: it is about building lasting relationships with families, schools, and communities, and showcasing what makes Wells such a special and inspiring place.
