I\'m a Project Engineer at North Branch Construction with more than four years of industry experience supporting commercial and residential projects across New Hampshire. I began my career early, starting at 17 after completing the Construction Trades program at the Concord Regional Technical Center and proactively seeking internship opportunities. Since joining North Branch, I\'ve grown from an intern into a full-time Project Engineer within two months, contributing to project coordination, document control, and field support. I\'m highly proficient in CMIC and Bluebeam and use both daily to keep projects organized, efficient and moving forward. Alongside my work, I’m also a full‑time Construction Management student at Southern New Hampshire University, graduating May 2nd. Balancing both responsibilities has strengthened my time management, communication, and interpersonal abilities, and it’s shaped me into a reliable, adaptable member of any project team.

   Lead and facilitate preconstruction meetings with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and design teams, to review project scope, timelines, safety protocols, and potential risks. Ensures clear communication and alignment on project goals, resulting in smoother project execution and minimized delays.• Assists in managing and reviewing technical submittals, ensuring all documentation, drawings, and materials meet project specifications.• Builds relationships and communicates with field teams including subcontractors, vendors and project leaders. • Participates in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, safety trainings, and actively contributes to the construction site\'s safety committee.• Works closely with the project superintendent to avoid duplication of effort, as well as report individual progress and activities so they can be continually evaluated and corrected, if necessary.
