Responsible for managing the payroll preparation for Executive, salaried and hourly payrolls to ensure timely and accurate distribution of payroll. Verify transactions entered are accurate, complete, and fully in compliance with corporate policy and applicable laws and regulations for multi-state employees.Manage Payroll Accounting, Controls, and Compliance – Manage and evaluate the financial controls to ensure the proper recording of all payroll related expense and accruals in regards to the proper expensing of wages, incentive plans, relocation payments, and various withholdings for weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. Audit sections of corporate policy to ensure that policy guidance and regulations are followed as necessary, and ensure that changes to laws or regulations are reflected in the policies and operations.Assure the proper processing of all payroll related aspects of the HR software including system configuration changes, applying upgrades, ensuring data integrity of all payroll data, system interfaces, and keep a global perspective as to all areas of functionality in relation to payroll processing.
