St Ann\'s Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of people living with life-limiting illnesses every year. We provide free service to patients, carers and their loved ones from three sites in Greater Manchester and a range of outreach services, supporting patients in the local communities and in their own homes. I manage, support and guide a team of 8 fundraisers to deliver growth and diversification of fundraising across community, corporate, events and individual giving for St Ann\'s Hospice. Support the Head of Fundraising in the delivery of inspiring team meetings, workshops and training to develop the skills of the fundraising team. Build relationships with key internal and external stake holders. Identify and implement new opportunities to help increase awareness and income for St Ann\'s Hospice. Monitor and analyse income streams, identifying gaps and opportunities for progression. Manage and set annual income budgets and expenditure.

ABOUT LUCY LEEMING
An adaptable, conscientious and proactive individual. Extremely passionate about all areas of charity work. In 2008 my dad Brian was diagnosed with Alzheimer\'s Disease. After witnessing the devastating affects this terrible disease had on not only my wonderful dad but my family too, it inspired me to change my career path and aim to help make a difference by combining my passion for charity work with my own working skills and experience.
