ABOUT LUCY JANE ECCLESTONE

Currently working for the Corporate Communications Team at Aldi UK on a 14 month FTC with an end date of 2nd October. My main focuses are working with our PR agency on proactive press releases relating to Sustainability, British Suppliers and Brand Operational Updates (suited to National, Trade & Regional media). As well as this, I review any external communications on an adhoc basis across Aldi departments. With a first-class degree and BJTC award in Broadcast Journalism, I have gained valuable experience within a fast-paced newsroom, contributing to Online, Radio, and TV. Three years of voluntary radio presenting, combined with freelance work as a TV runner for the BBC and ITV commissioned shows, have given me the skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Equally comfortable behind and in front of the camera, I hold proficient editing skills using Adobe Cloud softwares as well as being confident in photography and videography. My experience as a group Social Media Content Creator for a large automotive group has given me the skills and experience to create and schedule original online content that captures the personality of each brand and effectively represent manufacturers across various social platforms.
