I have practised family law exclusively since 2007 and I am the owner of Sinclair Law.I have extensive experience in financial settlements following divorce specialising in complex high value cases including business assets, multiple properties, overseas assets and high incomes. I also advise on disputes in relation to children, pre nuptial agreements and disputes between cohabitants.I am a Resolution Accredited Collaborative practitioner which allows separating couples to reach solutions together to ease the pain of family breakdown.
