As a Technical Resourcer at Contechs, I support the Recruitment team with both permanent and contract vacancies, using various tools and strategies to connect and engage with suitably skilled candidates. I have a background in administration, reception, and social media marketing, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In my current role, I use RDB, Vincere, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and strategic and well-considered networking to source candidates for various roles in the automotive and engineering sectors. I also assist with tracking, record keeping, candidate liaison, interview coordination, feedback, and on-boarding activities, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance at all times. I am motivated by the opportunity to help candidates find their ideal positions and to contribute to the success of Contechs and its clients. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
