I am a highly experienced Managing Senior Legal Counsel: passionately committed to securing outcomes to the highest professional standards, with more than eighteen years’ expertise gained working in core commercial and team leadership roles. I have a proven track record of helping create and implement a series of sustainable growth platforms and I know just how important collaborative working and effective stakeholder engagement is, as part of that process: helping colleagues achieve their full potential, while precisely calibrating service outcomes to meet dynamic and fast evolving market requirements. I have excellent collaborative and creative innovation capabilities; as well as very strong commercial negotiation skills and advanced skills in FinServ, Data Protection and a variety of Public Sector specialisms.I am a highly relatable, hands on and pragmatic employee, fluent in English and Italian.Most recently with Splunk (now a Cisco Company), working in progressively more senior positions since 2019, I am especially proud of having become a trusted adviser for all market segments of the UK and Irish business: becoming a member of the UK and Ireland Leadership Team, successfully strategising and structuring a broad spectrum of major cloud transactions, and innovating a wide variety of new legal systems and processes (as well as scaling up legacy procedures).Those are just a few of my achievements.
