For buyers, are they looking to upgrade to a bigger home with a new addition in the family? For sellers, are they looking to downsize as they do not need the extra 3 bedrooms anymore? By having a clearer understanding of what exactly my clients are looking for, I am able to help and provide valuable services. • Knowing the \"WHY\" is also very important. Why are my clients selling their house? Why are my buyers looking in this neighbourhood instead of the other areas? Understanding the reason why will help me to be efficient and not waste any of my client\'s precious time. • For every Real Estate Transactions, there is a PRICE. For sellers, what is it that they are looking to get for their house? For buyers, what is their Budget? By properly educating my clients, I help them understand the current market value for their properties and set their expectations. By doing so, there are no surprises and clients are happy with the outcome• By providing my honest opinions, I build long term relationships which results to repeat business and also earn the trust of their friends and families• Buying or Selling Real Estate is not about performing duties but nurturing and making sure that clients get services and the clients need has been taken care of.
