Through working for a fast-paced start-up company, I am heavily involved in the development of an IVD for post acute viral disease, incorporating Flow Cytometry, ELISpot, FluoroSpot, and confocal microscopy- Line manager for the QC of in-house manufactured ELISpot plates- Provide important data for funding opportunities, and represent the company at conferences by promoting our products to researchers- Handle blood samples for clinical trials and train many team members in the laboratory techniques used- Implementation of quality assurance systems for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. Involved in implementing the systems from scratch. Writing SOPs for the company and overseeing the release and organisation of all quality assured documents as the \'Document Coordinator\'- Aided the setting up of early lab experiments when the lab was just being set up. Responsible for kick-starting the assay development when I joined the team, developing my own methods and self-teaching the use of various equipment.
