Managing and leading on the Risk & Control Self Assessment process and producing reports for the Executive Risk Committee• Recording and reporting on all Risk Events that occur within the business, liaising with 1st and 2nd line representatives to manage incidents to resolution• Helping to build and maintain a controls library to provide a consistent approach to applying and testing controls• Providing advisory support to the business on operational risk matters, including as part of forums, working groups and committees• Supporting with the completion of risk reports for Board and Committees with a focus on the appropriate risk issues for reporting and escalation• Collecting and analysing key risk indicators and escalating key issues in the risk reports• Supporting the wider 2nd line function’s oversight of outsourced service providers, ensuring risk management standards are applied and embedded• Acting as SME for various projects and work streams such as the Banking project• Leading on risk training for the business, further enhancing and embedding enterprise-wide risk awareness
