Head of HR for Malmaison, Hotel du Vin, and formerly also for Frasers Hospitality hotels and serviced apartments across the UK. Key achievements include:• Elevated managerial capability in HR/ER matters through a multi-faceted approach. This included the development of a comprehensive suite of support tools, the design and delivery of a National programme of training for all people managers (current NPS score of 92), and the development of enhanced reporting on ER cases. Delivered a decrease in ER case volume of 33% over 2 years. Laterally implemented an online case-management platform.• Collaborated with our Director of Talent & Organisation Design to create new Values and Behaviours frameworks, closely interwoven with our business strategy.• Creation of a 3-year strategy for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, which has included a comprehensive educational and communications plan, the appointment of a new charity partnership, and the creation of our first Employee Led Inclusion Groups.• Refreshed our approach to Employee Voice, designing and embedding a new Employee Forum framework, purpose, and policy. Utilised the consultation element within this framework to renew our 5-year Workforce Agreement.• Comprehensive revision of all HR Policies, writing new policies where necessary, for example: Grievance, Capability, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Bullying & Harassment, and Menopause.
