Working for Stonegate Pub Partners, the Leased and Tenanted division within Stonegate Group as a Recruitment Partner. I support the Central region and work closely with a team of 16 Regional Managers, 2 Operation Managers and an Operations Director.I source and recruit publicans for the opportunities within my region and ensure agreements are set up to smoothly transition into the next stages of onboarding. I support throughout the process of applications where required, alongside holding recruitment events and attending days in trade.
