As Technical Product Manager at iKoustic, I lead the development of acoustic systems and digital tools that blend engineering rigour with user-focused design. My role spans product strategy, acoustic material design, pricing and margin management, and alignment with industry standards (BS 8233, BS 4142, BB93, ISO testing, Approved Documents B and E). Leveraging consultancy expertise, I anticipate market needs and ensure products are optimised for real-world use. Managing the full lifecycle, I use platforms such as CadnaA and NBS Chorus to deliver BIM-ready solutions and technical documentation for consultants, specifiers, and end users. By combining acoustic expertise with agile methods, CRM insights, and cross-functional collaboration, I keep our portfolio accurate, commercially strong, and aligned with industry trends.
